The “AHS: 1984” colorway is inspired by the ninth season of American Horror Story and stars Emma Roberts. It follows five friends who flee Los Angeles during the summer of the Night Stalker era (similar to “Maxxxine”) to work in what they feel will be a much safer setting, as camp counselors at Camp Redwood, a summer camp reopening after it closed in 1970 due to a slaying of a few promiscuous camp counselors by an infamous serial killer known as Mr. Jingles. Sound familiar? It’s essentially an homage to the beloved “Friday the 13th" but with all the vibrant, playful hues of 80s aerobics culture.

All yarn is gently washed and rinsed. Each skein is lovingly hand-dyed, which makes them all unique, even in the same dye lot. Please be mindful that upon first wash, a little dye may bleed. Even though many of these bases are superwash merino wool, I still recommend hand washing to prolong the life of your yarn/garments!

I have done my best to accurately capture the colors of the skein, however, colors may vary slightly.

🐑 Bluefaced Leicester a special breed of English sheep with wool that is strong, resists pilling, and dyes beautifully. Drier and somewhat coarser feeling than superwash merino, with a more structured drape. Great for projects that could use some extra resilience and radiance.
