Dani Ardor, the soul of “Midsommar.” This film follows Dani’s story, as she tags along with her boyfriend, and his fellow college acquaintances, as they venture to Hälsingland, Sweden to experience Midsommar, a nine day ritual that the ancestral commune of Härga celebrate once only every 90 years.

This blushing-blonde colorway is not only meant to represent Dani physically, but also depict the warmth, emotion, and “ardor” she personifies. Even though she goes through more than her share of turmoil in this film, I wanted her colorway to illustrate her beauty and lightness. She is the sole character in this film that fully deserves her own colorway.

All yarn is gently washed and rinsed. Each skein is lovingly hand-dyed, which makes them all unique, even in the same dye lot. Please be mindful that upon first wash, a little dye may bleed. Even though many of these bases are superwash merino wool, I still recommend hand washing to prolong the life of your yarn/garments!

I have done my best to accurately capture the colors of the skein, however, colors may vary slightly.

Turnaround time is 3-6ish weeks after preorder ends

Please note that the fluffy yarn pictured in the photo here is a 100% alpaca yarn that I previously offered. My Sarah Suri Silk base is the most similar to this pictured yarn!
