Wrapped in Plastic

It all starts with Laura Palmer. On February 24, 1989 her body was found along the riverbank by a local fisherman, Pete Martell, in the small town of Twin Peaks.

“She’s dead. Wrapped in Plastic,” he says.

The series follows the investigation of her murder, spearheaded by the witty and charismatic FBI Special Agent Dale Cooper in the small Washington State town of Twin Peaks. The show, created by Mark Frost and my idol David Lynch, is filled with countless original characters, unforgettable one-liners, and hauntingly provocative settings; a true cult classic.

I present to you a colorway to commemorate the very beginning scene of this timeless show, when the beautiful, sadly troubled, high school prom queen Laura Palmer is found, “Wrapped in Plastic.”

All yarn is gently washed and rinsed. Each skein is lovingly hand-dyed, which makes them all unique, even in the same dye lot.

I have done my best to accurately capture the colors of the skein, however, colors may vary slightly.
